Doing The Write Thing | Drafting Tales
Drafting Tales is a game all about writing, where our little character never leaves his chair, books cost two-hundred dollars each and people enjoy newspaper articles about spies. What a world!
We begin by writing journalism articles about both spies and health, which is great, and treat ourselves to some lovely perks as we gain XP and level up.
Soon enough we're able to write short stories, so naturally we write a sci-fi dystopian nightmare (maybe about a tiny digital author trapped in a room in a video game being forced to work against his will? Dunno.) and sell that story to a magazine for a small amount of cash.
We also invest in a typewriter, some books and some encyclopedias. It's very bookish.
NOTE: This is the Early Access version of the game.
