Doing Whatever A Spider Can | A Webbing Journey (Cozy Physics Sandbox Adventure Game)
81A Webbing Journey is a gloriously daft game where we play as a spider who can use their webs for some silly physics action!
First things first: the spider is a cutesy little cartoony spider, not lifelike at all, but of course it does scurry around on eight legs, so if you have arachnophobia or just really don't like spiders then perhaps this one isn't for you. But the spider does have googly eyes and a hat, if that helps.
After designing our spider (which includes colours and a HAT), we scoot through the little air-vent based tutorial and end up in a kitchen. It's a normal kitchen; tables, chairs, plates, kitchen appliances, drawers, plates, all that kind of stuff.
We can then use our spidery abilities to carry out a list of tasks, which range from washing plates through to cooking a pizza! We can climb up and down surfaces, grab things with our webs, create webby paths between areas, even cling onto things and swing around like Spiderman!
As you can imagine, much nonsense ensues. We knock over various things, fall off a lot of things, take part in a race and swing around from a moving ceiling fan.
Oh and we're wearing a hat. Did I mention we're a spider in a hat?
