[Dolphin] Pikmin: New Play Control [Wii] 1080p with High Settings
Not to mention a bit of game play of the first day.
This video contains... - Located at the bottom~!
So it's finals week and I came across this little gem in a local thrift/community-goods store near my campus for $15. The thing was used, but the CD wasn't that scratched (odd). Furthermore; I HAD NO FUCKING IDEA PIK-FUCKING-MIN WAS ON THE Wii! Love this game so much and till this day I loathe my little brother for trading in his copy to game-stop crap-stop.
Anywho. I decided to burn a copy in-case this thing gets even further scratched, and more importantly, to check how pretty this game is on an emulator at high quality!
Problems did ensue and I do go over them and the specifics in the video.
=======Included in this video========
Different native/graphical settings: showing how the game looks from worst to best
Sound errors: some sound errors that can and cannot be avoided
Possible anti-piracy maneuver: I ran across this bug where I cannot have the camera set to its normal position. I included a video record from my digital camera on what I mean.
Settings: at the end of the video I've included the settings I use to run the game. The game runs flawlessly when not recording at 60fps with Fraps
-Video Rendered using the H.264 codec at 12mbps. 1920x1080p CBR quality at 60fps.
-Fraps was used to record this gameplay @ 60fps (must for this emu apprently) at full-size.
-I used an actual wii-mote and nunchuck for this video as I got myself a spare bluetooth dongle and wireless wii-sensor bar.
My PC Specs:
