Aparently, this glitch was REALLY overlooked by Rare.

On the file select screen, you can access to a hidden sound test by highlighting the "Erase Game" option then pressing Down, A, R, B, Y, Down, A, Y and finally SELECT. If done correctly, the reveal bonus SFX will play to confirm correct entry. This allows to play all music tracks that plays throughout the entire game casually.

Due to a bug, if you select the "Erase Game" option again after inputing the cheat code and delete a save file while pressing SELECT to switch to another music track, the game will lock up on a black screen. You can only fix it with a reset.
