The fourth and final level, known as the Chain Scene, is where you finally rescue Donkey Kong from Mario. The goal is to climb the chains and lift the keys hanging from the chains up to the locks on the upper platform. Once all keys are fitted into the locks, the platform will disappear, Mario will fall to the ground and get knocked unconscious, and you will have successfully rescued Donkey Kong.

The game isn't going to make it easy for you, though. The Snapjaws from the first level are back and will climb up and down the chains. In addition, Birds will fly down and fly across the screen horizontally at random elevations. It can seem a bit overwhelming, but the hitboxes in this game are very generous. You can easily squeeze between two Birds or let go of one chain to dodge a Snapjaw. I think this puts the final level of the original Donkey Kong to shame in terms of fun factor.
