In today's episode of XCOM 2, we finally do what I've been saying we will do for the past 10 episodes: take a lower level(ish) team and see if I can get some promotions in case things go to hell for my main squad. Of course, as we know the difficulty rating of the mission does not always coincide with just how easy or hard the mission is. So even if I'm bringing in a lot of backups, they're going to need to perform.

It's trial by fire today. And everyday it would seem. Let's see who makes it out alive.
