To enable the game console.

Open the file c:\users\username\my documents\klei\donotstarve\settings.ini

Change the line
ENABLECONSOLE = false
to
ENABLECONSOLE = true

While playing don't starve press tilde (~) to get the console.

To activate console commands type:

RunScript("consolecommands")

All console commands are case sensitive. To turn off the console log press Left-Ctrl + L.

Type:

GetPlayer().profile:UnlockEverything()

You will get access to all characters of the game after you go back to the main menu. This is a permanent change to the user profile. No need to retype the console command after a game reboot.
