Locate the folder
plagueinc\profile\games-gen\stats
-Or-
Search for the (Stats.Bin or Achievements.Bin) to locate the correct folder.

From within the zip file. Copy over the files (Stats.Bin , Achievements.Bin) directly into the (stats) folder. Backup the original files to save previous progress.

Start the game. Plagues, mutation genes, and cheat modes will be automatically unlocked.

The Cheat modes are: Immune Plague, Hidden Plague, and Unlimited Plague.

Will these cheats work on my cell phone or ipad?
No idea. These files are for the pc version of Plague Inc Evolved only but they might work. Rename the (.bin) file extension to (.txt) and take a look ;)
