I got this game free from a Resale Shop a few years ago because it was in their free bin or damaged or defective games. This Xbox 360 game had an outer ring scratch that I believe happened when the 360 was left in vertical position. Anyways when I took it home of course it didn't read in my 360, but kept it in my collection. Once the game became backwards compatible through Xbox One and now Series X you can just put the defective game and the Xbox One recognizes the disc and through a license downloads the digital version from the Xbox servers to your Xbox one. Nice solution to keep your scratched discs another life. Good thing the Xbox One doesn't read the disc all the time or else it would be unplayable. #Xbox #BackwardsCompatibility #Shorts
