Like in first part, you got to beware about the marine puppets, especially in the yellow key area, the mancubus or chaingunner killing each other sometimes damaged me a lot. The poisonous area with the cyber can be easy, if u don't activate all switches together, and wait some monster to harm the cyberdemon for you, saving a lot of cells. Be sure to save some cell after the bomb is activated, or you wont be able to reach exit in time or so easily.
