An extrimely well designed map, the complexity of the secrets and some details indeed shows the great skills of the green herring as mapper!
There's again no armour this time, as in all of his levels, you have to play careful from the start to the end.
I confess I has to ask him about the very last secret exit because I had trobules to let it work properly with the last pinkie; but it was brilliant. You got to open all the small doors in the first maze and then run in front of the red door, otherwise the monster wont open the door for you.
About the run itself, I really liked playing here, but memorizing the maze was a pain. The DSDA record here was from the author himself in 06:53. He makes no mistakes beside the final part where he waste a few seconds for a missing monster. My run is pretty similar to his, beside a few changes. I lose around 15 seconds in the first maze, where he uses fists as he picks up the zerk pack in the starrting room, while I dont. I found it very dangerous, more perillious than using chaingun. But I was slower killing, and obviously slower in the maze itself. After tha maze everything goes fine, and I gain enough time to reach the exit 1 second faster than him.. but i'm sure he could get down to 06:30 if he'd really like to max it out. Since my aim was 07:15~ I'm really glad of the time, and didn't try to improve any further. Looking forward to play next map of tgh :P

ps: I've less and less time now, and maps starts to get harder after map 16. I've recorded a demo already of map 17, but may skip 18 and 19 instead. I start to work on different times, till 11pm and this cuts my motivation and energies to..." stress" speedrunning effectively for the moment
