Oh, I just realized that this "just" took a few hours of 2 evenings while adding the date in the txt. I'm glad I could get a sub9minutes, since I scored three or four 09:2x and a 09:15 exit with 1 monster missing (prolly one of the chaingunner didnt teleport early enough). What can I say? Angus wrote in his txt that the map deserved a better time, so here it is. Quite a carnage, and I've to get used to so much ammo and megaspheres around.. I don't really like so many recovery items in a level, but for sure those comes handy. Not caring at all about a rocket hit knowing there's a sphere right behind the cybers in the corners was quite common in the runs. This demo has one of my worst first2minutes, since I was distracted by my mom talking, but decided to keep going, and played a bit more reckless, especially with the first 2 cybs in the square at the starting area. I usually save lots of cells, by 2 or 3hit killing them even tho its risky, and this time I simply spammed bfg till they died. Reasons were the leftover enemies in the arena, making it unlikely easy to dodge rockets+them and avoid splash damages. But with a better cell usage right after those, it was all in all fine. One of the hardest parts was for me the 2 cybers guarding the redkey switches: they cant move much, and you have low room to dodge. Additionally the other cybers will shoot at you from the opposite side of the map. Take too long to blast the one facing you, and you'll be fried by the others... unfair ;) I kinda solved or limited the trouble of crossed fire by having 2 cyb attacking and infighting the MM in the middle. They were then busy with the spider a little, to be a bit safer (just for a dozen seconds, not more) for the fight later.
