For people that tell me that "you don't like modern slaughter because you can't beat modern slaughter," this is something to stick in your eye. The map is pretty good albeit a few things I point out in the description below. There's other maps in this megawad I want to try getting UV-Max times for, it's just a matter of finishing them with times I feel adequately accomplished with.

For the record, the way this map starts out is *typically* why I *HATE* modern slaughter styled map design. It's just random stupidity you have to pray you get past sometimes.

Description:

The beginning is pure bullshit. Period. I hate hate HATE the start to this map. It feels like it's all up to complete and total luck if you can even start the map.

Once you do, though, you have a really nicely constructed slaughter map. One that I honestly enjoy. You can take it at your own pace and release one corner at a time or you can simply rush it and open all four corners and do your best to survive. Which is what I did here. 14,228 enemies in almost less than 20 minutes? Enjoy the carnage.

I want sub-20 but I hate the start of this level so much that I can only stomach clearing the map once before just saying fuck it.

I'll probably come back to this later and sub-20. I will say though, how the fuck Ancalagon got 15 minutes on this is pure lunacy, you disgusting fuck. I mean that with all due respect.

Also, I wish finding the exit were more obvious instead of having to use random FIREBLU textures that don't even have switches. First time I beat this map I thought I bugged it so that the exit wouldn't open. Only after watching someone else play the map did I realize how you beat it. Other than the start and figuring out how to open the exit, this map is pretty good with lots of fun, intense fighting.

Invulns are your friends vs. Revenants here. Trust me.
