I was asked to upload some "Doom 4" footage so I decided to give it a shot. While this is not exactly the new Doom, it's still a pretty great mod for the original Doom that adds the same weapons and monsters you see in the new Doom. It requires the newest GZDoom program (OpenGL 2.0 supported graphics chip required) to run and I'm running it with a special version of Doom called "Freedoom" which is a free and open source rework of the original Doom. Running it with this WAD makes the game feel like a fully new Doom and what Doom 3 could have been like if id Software didn't focus on the Quake series and made Doom 3 much later. I'm using some custom filter and lighting settings that make it look pretty nice. You can try it yourself by downloading the required files here:
