I was playing Doom Eternal on the Ultra Nightmare difficulty today, and fortunately it was only the first level so not too upset by this however, it was a bit of a surprise to say the least when using the chainsaw glitched me below the map. It does appear there is no limit to how far you can fall either.

Note: I have been playing Ultra Nightmare difficulty for the first level every day since the release of the game and while I have managed it three times before today. Each time the sound was not recorded, but I have finally managed it today, phew. :)
