This video shows how to unlock the Slayer Gate on the Mars Core Map (Map 7) and my successful acquisition of the Empyrean Key. I was playing on Nightmare difficulty and I actually completed this on my first attempt (first time that has happened). I think I just really like this arena, with the cover and turns you can use to avoid being hit.

Note: I edited the original video down from 1 hour and 56 minutes to include only 9 minutes and 28 seconds of play time. Also even though I did the run first time I did cut out a small section between getting the key to unlock the Slayer Gate and actually opening the gate because I was still search for the way to access the other secret nearby.
