Recording method:
Live Gamer ULTRA - GC553 on the same computer that is playing the game. Using the AVerMedia RECentral 4 software. P010 decode format. 1920x1080 60hz decode resolution. Nvidia HEVC Main10 2560x1440 60fps 240Mbps in high quality codec format. The output of the GC553 is connected to a TCL 55R615 4K HDR TV and the resolution is set to 2560x1440 YCbCr422 12-bit 60hz. Windows 10 has HDR enabled. Correct HDR metadata is in this source video file.
Gameplay method:
I'm playing on my VG248QE in the preview window for AVerMedia RECentral 4.
Edit and Export method:
DaVinci Resolve using the industry standard workflow for editing and exporting HDR 4K content. REC2020 color space and ST2084 1000nit for the input video. REC2020 color space and ST2084 2000nit for the export. Using a 4K timeline resolution and export resolution. HDR10+ metadata included in the H265 file uploaded to YouTube. Nvidia encoding is used for the H265 codec with a 300Mbps restriction to the video bitrate. Main10 profile. Keyframes every 31 frames. VBR High Quality rate control. 32 frames of lookahead.
