The Dark Lord bossfight has been reworked to include heavy demons that assist the Dark Lord. In addition the Dark Lord attacks much more often and can be damaged outside of his stagger phase (still regens health on melee hits). For some reason the latest patch made it so the health bar doesn't appear and I even checked in the UI settings to make sure boss health bars were enabled.

The extra demon spawns are really what makes the fight more difficult as you're constantly having to shift your focus away from the boss to dodge and eliminate other threats while waiting for an opening. Then again it makes sense; you're fighting the Dark Lord, it wouldn't make sense for it to be a fair fight.

Also I haven't found out a way to include a link to the mod directly so you'll have to have Discord and go to the DOOM Eternal Modding Discord and then go to the "eternal-level-mods" section to find it; the link should make it easier.
