The final stage of the Horde Mode II Mod done on Nightmare difficulty with one extra life used.

Doing this deathless is among the hardest things you can do in Doom Eternal. It's 50 minutes straight of the hardest things this game has to offer. I honestly don't know how the next Horde Mode can top this, if something like that is planned. I value my sanity so I accepted the 1 death and moved on. The stage is split into seven sections, which I'll say some stuff about below.

1st section - 0:00
2nd section - 4:50
3rd section - 14:14
4th section - 15:48
5th section - 20:43
6th section - 27:33
7th section - 45:19

The 1st section isn't really difficult, you just need to know where to go and what to kill.

The 2nd section ramps up the difficulty really high however. The spectre Whiplash wave is easy enough. The double Possessed Arch-vile wave is extremely deadly. You have to burst one down as quickly as possible and then kill the spirit, otherwise it will possess another Arch-vile. After that it gets a big easier. The Possessed Blood Maykrs are supposed to die with 1 headshot but something broke with the new update and they don't. For the Samur Fight you want to quickswap PB and Ballista for quick long range damage. Also the healthbar is going to appear for the reminder of the run, due to a bug.

I had to wait until the 3rd section got nerfed to attempt this. The floor used to instakill you, there were more cacodemons and a longer timer before the nerf. Now it's the 2nd easiest section. Thank god. I like to use the Arbalest for the early waves and then switch to grenades.

The 4th section introduces the Invasion again. It's not that bad. It's mostly the Marauder that's super annoying to kill.

The 5th section is the hardest one in my opinion. The ground section is not terrible, you can mostly run around the outer edges with chaingun shield and wait for resources that way. The hard part comes with the pillars. I have no clue how to do that consistently and unfortunately had to tank a death here. The cacodemons are extremely deadly. You can't even use the chaingun shield, they plow through it in half a second.

The 6th section is the longest and most tiring one. There's a ton of possessed demons that you have to kill in order to progress and they're all very deadly. For some reason a Possessed Tyrant didn't really work, it was just a normal tyrant that dropped a spirit. I had pretty bad RNG for the Possessed Arch-viles at the end, they moved into really bad spots.

The 7th section has the boss fight of the mode. Two Samur Maykrs with a shitton of demons in a tiny bridge. Awful. You have to utilize the portals in order to beat this and keep track of your bloodpunches and icebombs. The usual Pb + Ballista quickswap works great against the boss.
