Oh, joy. Potentially infinite enemies abound today, thanks to the featured goon being that godawful brown flying bastard known as the Pain Elemental.

And nothing in the title can possibly give that away.

Odd that this enemy was even a valid choice for such a concept, what with having no way to attack a player directly. Instead it has to spit out as many Lost Souls as physically possible to do all the dirty work, before it receives a special consignment of buckshot. Right into its big fucking mouth.

Still, it's nothing to get too worked up over. Having patience and utilising cover will see through almost anyone finding themself stuck here for sure. Not to mention running right up to point-blank range and unloading when convenient.
