DOOM II - Crap WADs: BERSERK.WAD
24One of the better efforts from Ye Olde Dayes (1996-10-02*), and you can expect what the title implies. This is what happens to me when I get (very) drunk and only look for foods that are healthy.
The WAD itself is evidently pretty crap (especially regarding how fucking lazy the author was with texturing doors and platforms), but does allow this style of play; and this is the one good thing I can say about it.
