One of the maps of Doom II I don't like that much... first, there are quite many Lost Souls and Pain Elementals (I kill most of them with the BFG to avoid having too many Lost Souls spawned) and they are ANNOYING on -fast.
That one room where you get the Rocket Launcher can be very painful if you don't get rid of the appearing Zombies quick. I for example killed all the Shotgunners with one well-timed BFG shot and avoided any damage.
