It simply mirrors every level within Ultimate Doom and makes the level appear with it's features, monsters, and doors, and items to the right.

This does play with one's muscle memory due to the fact you have to think outside the box and also get ready to go in the opposite direction, This one was pretty impressive as it plays on our habits and makes it a bit harder for the veterans of doom.
