The covid pandemic which is a certain country's fault, The launch of the next gen consoles and revisiting some wads I did in my early, early doom wads/mods videos, This one goes back to 2013 and was a runner-up at the cacoawards of that year, made by Chris Bourke (Purist).
Hadephobia is a megawad with a unique story:You are the doomguy who has been locked in a Asylum for sometime as you refused to accept the call of Hadephobia, the ability to hear and speak demon, The UAC had been using Marines with this condition to mine for materials deep within the Earth's surface, But when the demons attack it's up to you to stop the invasion and resist once again the call of Hadephobia.
The 32 maps have a branching story which flows from one to the next, Starting into the asylum and going through what looks like hell to eventually a spaceport, Humanity never saw the demon's invasion coming... The maps are well detailed and the ammo is enough to get through levels on up to Ultra-Violence, Mod does fizzle some at the end though as you need to get onto a ship as infinite demons spawn, Despite that I think it's a solid megawad.
