https://forum.zdoom.org/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=66995 I remember those days..of Side Scrollers and colorful graphics in games because they were the games of our young days, Some Doom mods tackle this but I haven't seen a mod ever be ambitious like this mod which was released in January 2020 by HyperUltra64 and was a winner at the 2020 Cacoawards.

Treasure Tech is a gameplay mod based on the Wario Land series, specifically Wario Land 4 which was released on the Nintendo Gameboy Advance, The mod's weapons, HUD, and enemy attacks are all with Gameboy Advance graphics in mind, You play as Chesterfield (Treasure Guy) who is after treasure with a mad streak just like Wario himself, You can use pistols, shotguns and other weapons as you kill enemies to locate secrets in maps for treasure, I must say that Cacoaward was well earned with this piece of art.
