Ever since I got my first ps2, It was this series that stuck in my mind because it seemed like a combination of SOCOM third person style shooting with quirky humor to boot, I haven't played the games in a long time but they were good, I've now gotten a chance to finally tackle this mod based on the series.
Ratchet And Clank:Hot & Bothered is a mod that goes back to May 2019, It's newest build dropped in January 2020 which is what I am using in this video, The mod is by That_Blind_Guy and is billed as a Gameplay mod that brings Ratchet & Clank's upgrade system and weapon system into the Doom engine, The mod has several gadgets to use and 24 weapons all hailing from Ratchet & Clank games including Deadlocked.
The mod's unique in the fact that the difficulty level relates to and will affect the monsters in a way where they can level up as you rise in difficulty, I disabled that due to me not doing too well with Plutonia Experiment prior to making this video, You also have a choice of having weapons require upgrading as you rise in level as well, This mod despite not being complete does show promise and with some of Ratchet & Clank's witty one-liners, It was like having a PlayStation 2 all over again.
