The Wad making process of Doom has come an long way ever since the first true TC, Zombies Extreme Epidemic Edition, This is another old TC which has it's aged and it like several other TC's does not change levels but rather it changes all enemies, power-ups and weapons.
Terrorists! is an TC that puts you in role of an Rouge officer after Terrorists, Depending on the IWAD used this mod doesn't make sense from an perspective at all, Like Zombies, Terrorists! uses actual people to portray enemies such as Cops, and the Terrorists and most of the time these enemies look paper thin.
Most of the enemies have poorly recorded lines and say the same words over and over while also having only an single line once they spot you, The "Cops" are the worst as they only use radio chatter which is echoy, Enemies are OP to say the least, Even an weak Security Guard can take away 20 health from an single shot.
You start with an pistol but can get other weapons as well, If all else fails you can fall back on your melee hand to hand skills but fighting gun totting enemies with your fists and melee attacks is not as wise as you'd imagine, It's an ok effort but like Zombies, I believe Terrorists! Has aged very badly and it isn't as notable as Zombies...
