It looks HORRIBLY dated and very boring I prefer Plutonia Experiment, Theres been some attempts to make an sequel but this 2017 wad is so far the only effort that was able to be made, Its an mixed bag at best.
TNT Revilution is an 2017 Wad that won the Mordeth Award at the 2017 Cacoawards for longest developement time, Its made for Source Ports to run with TNT Evilution, The Wad acts like an sequel to Evilution:Several years after the invasion of earth by hell and several months after Plutonia Experiment, The UAC sends an team to an Moon on Jupiter to start an new lab, This time around however, The Demons are planning to use an ship to invade this base instead of earth and then attack earth once the base is taken over, Many surprises wait in Revilution.
Consisting of 32 Levels, Revilution is an tour-de-force for those who have played Evilution, What stood out to me in this wad is the massive amount of new textures to represent an hellish taken over base, An Demonic Ship and towards the end, An massive Machine that was built by the Demons to hold the icon of sins memories and mindset.
The levels run alongside the likes of hard wads like Scythe 2, Hellbound, Resurgence, and Swift Death, The enemy amount can dramatically rise even on Hey Not Too Rough, Level 4 alone, The "Blood Factory" has 500 enemies in an 10 room level, The final level is one of the HARDEST I've ever played, The level features unkillable turrets who can one shot you with Plasma or Cyberdemon Rockets, Fake Cubes who spawn enemies and the Digital Icon Of Sin who..I still cannot beat as you must damage it's spinal cord which is an computer cord, Despite that, Revilution is one hell of an wad but only the determined and really expert players can beat this one..
