Weapon mods are all around the place for Doom, and weapon rips are one that I'm neutral on tbh though Counter Strike Doom, and Corridor 7 TC has shown its effort, and its time I went over another mod by AlphaEnt.
Akimbo 2 is a weapon rip of the Half Life mod The Specialists, with this final release being put out on June 25th 2023. It contains several classes and lots of weapons. A vital thing to know is that Akimbo 2 has a recoil option but I left it for a different experience, and like Counter Strike Doom, The fast projectiles of the Imps/Hell Knights/Barons/Cacodemons are in here too making the tactical gameplay of Specialists even more relevant to avoid taking damage.
