And each season I'm always looking for the wads to round out or go over, like this interesting stealth release by Brian L. (Bri0che). Its the most unexpected of finds, as before that can surprise me.
This episode replacement for Knee-Deep in the Dead was released on April 30th 2023, Its Bri0che's take on the classic episode 1 following John Romero's design but with their own touch on it and adding episode 2 influence. The difficulty reminds me of Scythe light with Brian putting a lot of effort into hitscanner traps and various up close encounters, Ammo is well placed and the custom music gives NostalDooM a airy energetic feel to it.
