A new gold key has been found (at least among the D3 speedrunning community) in the throne room of the lizard king.

I have done some testing to see what can make this gold key despawn. Among the other ten gold keys known to exist in the game, only grabbing the gold key in 3-2 will cause this throne room gold key to despawn. The reverse is true as well -- if you grab the throne room gold key first, then the gold key in 3-2 will disappear.

This behavior is similar to the silver key despawning, where grabbing the 4-2 silver key causes the 3-V silver key to despawn, and vice versa.
