This generation only knows them from Settlers or Anno ... but back in the golden hey days of DOS we knew Blue Byte from INCUBATION (reinventing the BATTLE ISLE game into a turn based Squad Tactical Combat game inspired by the Alien movie ), ALBION (a fantastic RPG) , Archimedean Dynasty (the first part of the AquaNox trilogy of games , kinda sad that Joowood closed them when they had part 4 100% made and ready to ship... horrible publisher ) , Battle Isle ( a game that popularised turn based combat games... after it all tried to ape it and clone it)... and this game

An excellent game , that its length and game mechanic depend on your difficulty ... forcing you to play on the most hardest difficulty to see the full game ... and to do a 180 and drive a tank ... showing off the First 3 operations out of 6 ... from mission 4 you drive in a tank www.youtube.com/watch?v=MwakDsBC-cQ ... if someone would asks me, what game would you want from Blue Byte to remaster ... it would NOT have BEEN that awful Settlers collection !!!... but INCUBATION , ALBION and this game ... on a new graphical engine ... but they where absorbed by UbiSoft in 2001.... and from this year this German Fantastic Creative Ground Breaking Studio ... made nothing more then mediocre clones
