Around 6 hours 38 minutes to complete the game on this mode with the default 5 credits on 5 lives setting. Initially it took around 2 1/2 hours to beat Expert with the 10 credit code, but unsatisfied I went back and beat it on the default 5 credits which took an additional 4 hours 8 minutes. Expert mode is technically a cheat code as is the 10 credit code, and both are revealed in the game, so its debatable if 10 credit code is legit on Expert mode. Still I wanted to do it on the 5 credit default. This game can be brutally aggressive, merciless on this mode and each enemy takes ALOT of hits and theres alot of them in confined spaces. Getting hit once can end up seeing you comboed to death by the mobs. I ended up only having 1 life remaining and barely completed this run. I found some more exploits which I plan to refine for the tutorial version which will have commentary. Next Im going to play each stage with isolated save states until I have a good run of each stage and will put it all together for the tutorial version. That will take some time to put together. I will probably start each stage from the beginning until I have a good run, but may consider making my own checkpoints since the tutorial is more for demonstrative purposes. This is my actual legit playthrough on the 5 default credits.

Youll see I end up using nearly all the moves and implenting them much more effectively , as well as the air juggle combo. I dont use the block counter and some other moves but most of them get used. Any time I ground pound someone its an accident and can get me killed. I also grab enemies alot on accident getting me killed or fucked up.This video shows when the juggle combo finally clicked for me and became much more effortless to pull off. I was able to do it much more consistantly which means great crowd control when grouping enemies with and and twice the damage per attack (elbow hit and flying knee, 2 hits instead of 1). Its a little tricky to get down but it finally clicked. You hit B+A at the same time to kneel down, then hit A to uppercut, then B+A again while the enemy is airborne and B again to flying knee. I also found alot of exploits. Even with all that you have to be able to switch positions and crowd control in the moment. The tutorial version should really break things down.
