Considering it is the 35th anniversary of the Castlevania franchise...what better way to celebrate than to do a massive retrospective on every mainline game ever released from Konami. From the NES 8-bit originals to the Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Nintendo 64, PS2, Xbox and beyond! Because Castlevania is retro gaming royalty and it's only fitting we pay it some tribute!

Dracula is back...and he's found the third dimension! As this is the first time in the Castlevania franchises history that a mainline game has gone full 3D! It's a wild departure from the classic 2D Castlevania formula on the NES / SNES / Sega Genesis and PC Engine...but I really think it works! In a lot of ways it feels like the 3D version of Symphony of the Night...except not as good! But honestly both Castlevania 64 and Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness are interesting and fun 3D action platforming retro games you should def check out if you never have!
