How to complete the "Lost Patrol" Side Quest in Dragon Age 2:

1. In Act 2, go to the Docks (Day) and speak to the Qunari in front of the Qunari Compound.

2. Travel to the Wounded Coast and Fight the Abomination and other Fade creatures.

3. Return to the docks and recieve your reward: The Binky's Comfort sword.
