So after running around the entire city multiple times (even after I sped up the video recording session to cut out even more of the exploration), we finally run into the freaking Carta members in a very odd area. It seems that there was a particular room in the casteless zone that we explored a few times (but not after I found out about the bone piece) that apparently had several guys just standing around in there. It was very odd that they would only spawn after a certain cue happens instead of just being there in the room before had. I was kind of annoyed at the fact that they were in the house that I already searched like three times without them even there.
