668It's one thing to continue to dumb down the Dragon Age series with every entry, it's another to patronise fans and pretend they're doing this for our own good and not because they're trying to chase "mainstream" money.
Let's face it, Dragon Age: The Veilguard has action, hack and slash style combat because when the game began development, that's where BioWare thought the money was. Initial gameplay leaks were described by said leakers as being "God of War" like combat which was all the rage at that time (Veilguard likely began development around 2018-2019).
Yet again, this a text-based interview with no follow up gameplay reveal in site. It's all show and not tell with BioWare and that usually means a developer has something to hide... (as in, a bad game).
