The game runs fine on RPCS3 at 60fps but you'll have to cap the framerate to 60fps or the game will go up to 300fps and run really fast.

This game is definitely a improvement over the first Raging Blast but the issues the first had are still present here. The character models look much sharper and defined here too, with a style similar to the manga instead of the anime. In reference to CPU vs. CPU battles it looks like the CPU has a slightly easier time fighting in this game than the previous but again it still has issues here and there.

Managed to figure out how to mod a save file for RPCS3 so I could unlock all the playable characters. Really glad I could return to this game. Hope you enjoy the video.
