Despite the crappy combat, this has got to be the worst part of the game. It does give a cozy atmosphere, though. Even with all those Frieza guards.

Well, where do I begin? This track is quite repetitive, but I felt like it added to the looping maze that the game presents you with. That's why it felt appropriate to not have a proper ending to this song. It goes on and on. I also wanted to bring some of that '80s nostalgia by fading out the song in the end. I believe this song doesn't reference anything from Faulconer, either, at least to my knowledge.

I did put my non-LOG remix on the shelf for now. Maybe I will resume working on it this week. This song was quite easy to remix, as I wanted to use the same instruments and mixing/mastering from the Final Showdown at the Shuttle. That way, the two songs seem a bit more linked. As with most of the Namek tracks, I did some experimentation with the drums. I can't use the R&R kit for everything :P Hope you enjoy it!!!
