We are currently in Chapter 2: Rimuldar. Previously, Davilas rescued and healed Nosh. Then, he recruited Gerontius, who taught him how to make the Herbalist's Cauldron.

After resuming, Davilas speaks to Elle for her next quest (time 0:27). According to Nosh, there is an ill woman out there. Elle asks Davilas to retrieve the patient and bring her to the Sickroom to be cured. If Davilas speaks to Elle again, she will advise him to build a Cookfire, but he already has. Davilas sets out southeast from the base.

Davilas finds the patent by a small room along the coast southeast of town. There is a note inside the house. Davilas talks to the woman, who is named Casey (time 7:59). Then, he takes her back towards the base.

At the base, Davilas lays Casey down in a bed in the Sickroom (time 9:17). She requests Boiled Butterbeans, so Davilas gets some out of storage and gives them to her. She will need something else after a day of rest.

Then, Davilas talks to Gerontius (time 10:02). Gerontius asks Davilas to build him a laboratory. To this end, he hands over Gerontius's Blueprint.

Davilas builds Gerontius's Blueprint in the northeast of town. Among its requirements is the Herbalist's Cauldron crafting station that Gerontius taught Davilas how to make. The required Clay can be found in hills to the east, and the Blue Goo drops from Slimes.

After a bit of work, Davilas completes Gerontius's Blueprint (time 14:16). This results in a type of room called the Herbalist's Workshop. Also, the Rimuldar base reaches Level 2.

Davilas reports to Gerontius (time 14:52). Gerontius speaks of a former apprentice of his named Illius. He rewards Davilas with 10 Blue Goos. Quest complete!

Davilas speaks to Gerontius for his next quest (time 16:34). To gain insight into making Antidotal Herbs, Gerontius asks Davilas to slay the Drohl Defiler and bring back its Heart of Darkness. By the way, this will be necessary before Davilas can fully cure Casey.

Davilas returns to the hut where he found Casey and then follows the cliff wall south and east.

In one of the caves, he finds a chest containing a Seed of Life (time 22:30). Its location may be random.

Davilas encounters the Drohl Defiler on an islet in the poison marsh (time 23:09). The Drohl Defiler can shoot out three poisonous globs, which can inflict poison on the unfortunate Builder. It can also move towards you, though fairly slowly. Upon its defeat, it drops the Heart of Darkness. After getting this, Davilas makes his way back to Rimuldar.

Back at base, Davilas reports to Gerontius (time 27:41). Gerontius rewards him with 5 Medicinal Herbs. Quest complete! Davilas also learns how to make Antidotal Herbs, which cure poison, and the Ring of Immunity, an accessory that protects against poison.

At the Herbalist's Cauldron, Davilas makes some Antidotal Herbs. A batch of 3 Antidotal Herbs requires a Medicinal Leaf, a Sticky Liquid, and a bunch of Pink Petals. Sadly, the ring cannot be made yet.

Davilas administers an Antidotal Herb to Casey in the Sickroom (time 30:08). Casey is now cured. This satisfies the objectives for Elle's quest.

The next morning, Davilas reports to Elle (time 30:32). She rewards him with 5 Chimaera Wings. Quest complete!

Also, Davilas speaks with Casey, who is now up and about (time 31:44). She moves in. To thank Davilas, she gives him a Seed of Life.

Next time, Davilas will work on Gerontius's next assignment.
