Most old school gamers reading this probably remember Dragon Quest, Dragon Warrior in North America, was not released on the Mattel Intellivision. It makes sense, by the time English reading gamers got a chance to play it, Mattel had already moved on from gaming calling it quits years prior. Enix, now Square Enix, knew they had a hit though, a slow burn one that simply did not afford them the opportunity to produce any ports. That is not stopping a very skilled fan from doing it (he has many quality fan ports under his belt already).
