Talk to the statues at night to find out their memories of the time before the Gray Rain hit the town. Lots of sad memories I guess, but it turns out that there is a mysterious secret place somewhere in the town that the young boy found. The Old Man gives you Angel's Tears and tells you that it can turn people back from being stone. Use the Angel's Tears at the top of the boulder leading from the Second Secret Base. A small boy will pop out of a hole in the ground and wonder about what has happened. Talk to him, and he won't believe you about what happened, but go around and see the statues. Finally talk to the Old Man, Clayton is his name, and he will be overjoyed that someone else survived from the town. They will then go and tell others of the terrible gray rain.

Return to the present to find that Dialac has disappeared. There will be an old man there named Sim that wants to rebuild the town. Find others that are willing to attend such a place and sooner or later they will build houses I guess.
