Previously, Davilas continued leveling up as a Mage and reached Level 43. The leveling will now continue.

After hiring his party, Davilas zooms off to Sanmen Gate (time 3:04). There, he accepts a gate quest to defeat 10 Quetzalcoatls, yellow pterodactyls, in the Arahagiiro Region (time 3:48).

So, from Gran Zedoura, Davilas takes the wagon to Arahagiiro (time 5:24). The Quetzalcoatls are not too hard to find by the main road to the east of the city. The main difficulty with fighting them is their tendency to hover high in the air. It helps to bait them into flying lower. They seem fairly weak to fire-elemental attacks.

During the hunt, Davilas reaches Mage Level 44 (time 10:14). He earns 3 skill points, which he puts into the Mage's Spellcraft skill for a total of 80. At 78 points, he gains a boost of 10 to Magical Might.

Davilas gains another Orb Level after defeating the last one (time 23:53).

Back in Sanmen Gate, Davilas reports in (time 24:41). The reward is 145,070 experience points and orb points. Heck yeah!

After the turn-in, Davilas jumps to Mage Level 47 (time 25:33). He earns 7 skill points. He puts these into the Mage's Spellcraft skill for a total of 87.

Davilas rests at home. Next, he zooms back to Rhone Forest (time 28:05) and makes his way northeast to the Witch Wood (time 30:23). In the Witch Wood, he hunts enemies, primarily Flower Zombies.

During the hunt, Davilas reaches Mage Level 48 (time 37:28).

At G-3 in the northeast, there is a red chest with 5 Magic Vials (time 50:28).

In the end, Davilas reaches Mage Level 49 (time 57:50). He puts 1 into Spellcraft for a total of 88 so he can get the boost of 10 to Max MP. He puts 2 into Staves for a total of 15.

With that, he zooms back home to rest and sign off (time 58:59).
