This quest is found in Havens Above on the same platform as the item store. Here you will find the quest owner a Watcher, speak with this character to start the quest. You are tasked with finding a harmonicrystal which will increase the healing spells for Serena's Harp. Using the Calamus Flute ride the whale to the Battlegrounds area, here follow the video guide to get you to the bottom level and using the ultima key enter the area to fight a Crystalotl. Defeating thus monster will give you the item you need and you can now go back to Havens Above to speak the quest owner complete the task and receive your reward.
NOTE: make sure you are prepared for this battle as the Crystalotl has a good amount of health and strong attacks. In the video I show you the equipment I am using and the level I am at.
