I've been putting Cell on teams and dropping him basically ever since the beginning, but with wanting to have a competitive team with characters I like, I figured it was time to go all-in on the perfect boi, and here I am sharing all my notes with you guys.

Miraculously this didn't turn out as long as my Blue Gogeta guide, but it's about as long as the Vegeta one... odd, I guess it's just easier to condense the non-DLC characters.
