Take kitten down 1st. His accupuncture atk effectively has 147crit, so you'll need scorpion venom, with cysero scanorb, with BPD-shield to block them. Each hit stacks -5all per turn, and kitten gains a +75bonus if you received -30all, so you'll need to burst him quick.
Guffer has a base-crit of 61, so i recommend applying scorpion on him. Do not use crown-of-democles or hide-behind, as he RNG hits with +300bonus. He is also a dmg-sponge. He hits hard, but has no debuff so you can just tank the hits. After applying ninja venoms on him, he's a non-issue.
