Last time i passed this challenge, it was with 5pots and 2food. Mostly because i wasn't using the endgame wiki, and the RNG rotations keeps confusing me. With a proper tracksheet, it's ok. Note that my strategy of rushing hatir into shining scales here only has a 60% success rate. If you transition hatir in turn1, dolaas's DD form -30all & 400crit nuke will either gain +200bonus or crit. You need to back out if it's the bonus, as you can't shield dolaas's nuke. There is a 10% chance you can transition dolaas out of DD(17%hp), but you would need 280str and some crits. I'd say it's not worth your time and just back out, you'll only be 3Ts in anyway. Once hatir is in SS, you can just ignore him and focus dolaas down. This is easy as he doesn't get any buffs from hatir.
Hatir's has a turn where he re-equips himself with scales, but doesn't gain the 100mpm/reflect yet. You can straight up use necsnowmancer+fury high seas to deal 13hits to him. If you choose to use target practice + draco, you can hit him with good element to heal off his reflect in his scales state. Just make sure he never uses the 33% heal. You also need a ~95immo gear for his 2 5T stuns. The solo-fight is dragged out, but managable.
Included my 1st failed, non-200bonus attempt, where i had 93mpm and dolaas had -57bonus, and he still hit me with a 1/151 proc. I didn't pause the vid, i was literally stunned for 4s. Thought it's funny.
