Tog does EBIL not evil dmg. Non-enraged tog can be safely ignored, making this kinda like a solo-fight. Enraged tog deals little dmg, and you'll be ok as long as your DOT exceed his heals. However, he does make killing him super dragged-out. Fiend heavily PUNISHES dodge with his bonus/boost stacking NUKE, and have an exact 2-hitcount requirement, which is the main difficulty of this challenge. Ranger might be better in hindsight, and don't shield before fiend is down.
