An anti-heal class is needed against Ash's full heal. It's best to kill him as soon as he enters phase 3, or 1-2 turns thereafter. He can be stunned so stun him whenver you can. Drakath can be left in his enhanced royal right(ERR) phase while you focus on ash. He doesn't have any stacking mechanic in this phase. Ash hits hard, with high bonus passives, so light-res is more impt here. His 3T 180MPM buff can be mitigated with draco's scout, and his 3T -50boost atk needs to be fully dodged.
After killing ash, make sure to put up a strong shield just before transitioning drakath out of ERR, as his atk1 does 4300% dmg. Even with a BPD-shield and +80dark, i took 1500dmg from this nuke. Once this is done, the fight becomes trivial as his atk1 ERR-stacks will reset. His ERR does drag out the fight, but his atks don't do anything so you can just whittle him down
