A video of various okizeme and setups for Sergei Dragunov in Tekken 6 BR, a practical video guide taken from real matches. This is the second video in this series.

Full Description:
Pt. 1: 4,3 B! FDFA oki
Similarly to d/f+3 post B! spike oki, CH (f+2),4, 4,3, B!, f+3,3 provides the same 50/50 options for additional damage. Namely 3,1 for pickup on quick stand and rolls and f+3+4 if the opponent decides to stay grounded.
Pt. 2: iWR+2 WB! crossover
Here's something that you won't see frequently because there's so many reasons why you shouldn't use i_WR+2 as your wall B! of choice. The first (and most important) reason is that WR+2 only allows for d+4,1,3 post bind, which severely limits oki options. The second reason is that a very low wall splat, such that WR+2 does not wall bind, leaves you at negative frames. The good news is that when a iWR+2 WB! crossover happens, the occurrence is so rare that your opponent will probably have no idea what to do.
Pt. 3: Wall wakeup oki pt. 1
Normally when the opponent is left FDFT the opponent can safely roll away as the options that Dragunov has to take large fairly large risks for medium reward. When the motion of your opponent is obstructed by a wall, this limits the options available to them, making relatively low risk moves grant similar reward. In this case f+3,3 can interrupt wakeup 3 and 4 for attack throw or (as seen in the video) can catch the opponent BT as they recover from grounded.
Pt. 4: Wall wakeup oki pt. 2
Here's an even more rare occurrence, leaving the opponent FDFA near the wall. A run up f+2 can be used as a CH confirm for f+2,4 which in this case can interrupt wakeup kicks and certain rolls. The opponent instead rolls away, setting up a u/f+4 to catch the opponent BT and can interrupt wakeup kicks.
Pt. 5: CH qcf+3 oki
While the oki options post CH qcf+3 are limited, here's such an example. A deep dash b+2,1 can pick up backroll for small combo with bind or as wall carry.
Pt. 6: Suicidal Sergei set ups
iWS+4 is a strong move, even more so when your opponent is inclined to go airbone to interrupt your Ki charge for launch, in this case iWS+4 can bobble your opponent for mini-combo if they decide to do so. Since iWS+4 also recovers quickly on whiff (and there's ample space between characters) this allowed the attack to be used as a trap for b+4,2,1 hit confirm.
